Contaktly turns agency websites into consistent sources of qualified meetings. An AI sales agent engages visitors instantly, qualifies prospects automatically, and books meetings directly into calendars - around the clock, without the agency lifting a finger.

What You Will Be Working On

You will own the front-end of a product that sits on live client websites and handles real conversations with real buyers every day.

• The chat widget that visitors interact with directly
• The client dashboard where agencies see their conversations, leads, and analytics
• The onboarding experience for new agencies
• Performance, speed, and reliability across all of the above

This is not a maintenance role. You will be building new features, improving existing ones, and making decisions that directly affect how well the product converts.

What We Are Looking For

You do not need to tick every box. But this is the profile we have in mind.

Must Have

• Strong proficiency in React
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS - you can build something that looks right and works right without reaching for a framework for everything
• Experience building and shipping real products - not just side projects
• An eye for detail, especially around UX and interaction design
• Clean, readable code that other people can work with
• Good communication - we are a small team and clarity matters

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time chat or messaging interfaces
• Familiarity with WebSockets or similar
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs
• Previous work on B2B SaaS products
• An interest in AI and conversational interfaces
